A useful fit
Riders who have chosen time outdoors, rather than distance, as their collection marker.

What is this challenge?

This milestone measures time outside rather than kilometres travelled. That distinction keeps the objective focused on the outing itself, without introducing a speed target.

What is the objective?

Complete one outdoor cycling activity that reaches the duration required by the official rule.

How do you complete it?

The saved activity must show at least one hour and represent an outdoor ride; indoor and virtual activities are explicitly excluded.

What proof is required?

Upload one screenshot showing the completed duration, with outdoor, GPS or map evidence visible when the activity summary provides it.

Practical tips

  • Select the outdoor cycling activity type before starting the recording.
  • Check that the timer has resumed after any manual pause.
  • Choose a final summary screen that keeps duration and route context legible together.

A cautious way to approach the quest

Do not watch the timer while moving. Stop safely for device checks and end the ride early if route or conditions no longer feel appropriate.
